How this GetFiveStars + TrueMail integration works

• 1. Add new record to a GetFiveStars account
• 2. Zapier sends the email to be verified with TrueMail
• 3. Zapier updates the existing GetFiveStars record with TrueMail result code in a custom field

GetFiveStars Triggers

• Test.

  Fires call to the test end point which will happen whenever a new user authenticates the app. This will validate their API Key / Client ID combo are valid.

• Negative Feedback Trigger.

  Zap will be triggered whenever a customer leaves a rating at or below the number you choose.

• Positive Feedback Trigger.

  Zap will be triggered whenever a customer leaves a rating at or above the number you choose.

• Populate Business Drop Down.

  Triggers when Zap is created to display a list of businesses tied to the user.

• Create Customer.

  Creates a new customer in GFS and optionally sends a feedback request.
