How this Watershed LRS + TrueMail integration works

• 1. Add new record to a Watershed LRS account
• 2. Zapier sends the email to be verified with TrueMail
• 3. Zapier updates the existing Watershed LRS record with TrueMail result code in a custom field

Watershed LRS Triggers

• New Statement.

  Triggers when a new statement is added to the Learning Record Store.

• Fetch Activity Types From Registry.

  Fetches all Activity Types from registry.tincanapi.com. Used to power dynamic dropdowns for the Send Statement action.

• Authentication Test Trigger.

  This trigger is actually more of an action in that it sends a statement to the Learning Record Store in order to test that the credentials have been entered correctly. This trigger is not available to users.

• Fetch Verbs From Registry.

  Fetches all verbs from registry.tincanapi.com. Used to power dynamic dropdowns for the Send Statement action.

• GET About.

  Gets the About resource. Used for testing only the connection with Watershed only.

• Send a Statement.

  Sends a Tin Can statement to the Watershed LRS. This action provides fields for you to complete to build the statement.

• Send a Statement (Shared Zaps).

  Sends a Tin Can statement to the Watershed LRS. This action provides fields for you to complete to build the statement.

• Send a Statement (Advanced).

  Please only use this action if you have been explicitly instructed to do so by an expert. Consider the simple 'Send a Statement' action instead.
